ORDERING FROM TATIANA

Place your orders at www.tatianafashions.com. The first time you order you will set up a username and password, after that the site will remember all of your data. When you place your order, you will get a confirmation email that you can use to confirm delivery. (You will not get one if the shipping address is not in the U.S.) If we do not have an item in stock, we will email you and ask your preference of canceling the order, substituting, or putting on back order. Credits to your credit cards are done twice a week, not daily. ORDERS ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS.

 

SHOULD YOU ACCEPT VISA/MASTER CARD ON YOUR SITE?

 

Setting up an account with Visa/Master Card is free.  However, you will have minimum monthly charges of $23.00 - $42.00.  If you are on a tight budget, you may want to wait to make sure your profits will pay for this and make due with PayPal initially because they do not have a monthly charge.  The downside of only accepting PayPal is that they sometimes do not clear payments as fast and this can delay the shipment of your order by 2-3 days.

EMAILS YOU WILL RECEIVE FROM US

1. A confirmation that your order was placed.

2. A confirmation that your order was sent with tracking number.

3. We ship via USPS; the tracking number confirms delivery and is not used for tracking packages during transit. There will be no delivery confirmation for orders out of the U.S. unless you are paying for overnight shipping or 2-3 day air.

4. If we sent part of the order and the rest is on backorder, you will receive an automated email stating your order was sent. If we are unable to send all of your order, you will receive a manual email from us explaining this.

5. If your payment comes to us as “pending” or “denied” we move it to canceled and you receive an email stating it was canceled. We also send another email stating payment was declined. You will need to place your order again.

6. Daniel Green, Corsets, and Garters - You will not be sent a tracking number for these items. They are shipped from our Washington warehouse and our computers are not linked.

 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

1.  On our home page click on “out of stock items” for a list of sizes that are out of stock and when they will be back in stock. If you have a pre-load site, this is done automatically on your site.

2.  At the bottom of this list, sizes that are out of stock and will not be back in stock are designated as such.

3.  If you try to order an item that is out of stock you will get a message telling you so and to try another color or size.

4.  Two weeks before our factory shipment, we will begin taking orders for out of stock items.

5.  You will be sent an email saying your order is on backorder.

6.  The date the order will be received is posted on our website on the out of stock list.

7.  If you order an item that has not been posted as out of stock yet, we will send you an email giving you the option to cancel or change color or size.

EBAY SELLERS

We understand your commitment to ship within 7 days and the possibility of poor feedback if you do not.

1.  We have an out of stock list on our website and when it will be back in stock. Check that before you post.

2.  We carry 3,100 style/color size combinations in the 30 different styles we make. The industry standard is to be 85% in stock. Tatiana averages 92%

3.  Even though we have a posted out of stock list, it does not mean we cannot run out of something before we post to the website.

4.  Our statistics show that at any one time 20 –30 of the 3,000 sku’s may be out of stock and have not been published to the out of stock list. We have no way of doing anything about this. You may want to put this into your own words on every item description you put on eBay.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship via USPS or UPS at our discretion. The order is processed within 24 hours. The packages usually arrive within 3-10 business days. Expedited shipping is available for an extra charge. Upon checkout, you will be given the option of express mail 2-3 days, ($14.00) or overnight mail ($23.00).

 

We make every effort to stock all sizes and colors we carry. If the item is out of stock, you will be contacted by customer service within 24 hours.

 

If we are out of one item but sent another, you will receive an email confirming the delivery of the whole order and will be contacted by us within 24 hours of what item could not ship.

 

Orders of in stock items placed before 11:00 AM Eastern time (Excluding holidays and weekends) will usually ship out the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am usually ship out the next day.

 

Email Shipment Confirmation:

On the day the order is shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and the amount charged to your credit card. This tracking number is used to confirm delivery, not to actually track during transit.

There is no additional fee for drop shipping.

 

UNITED STATES

1.  First class USPS is a flat rate of $6.00 under 13 ounces (4-10 days)

2.  Priority USPS is a flat rate of $9.00 under 13 ounces (2-3 days)

3.  Over 13 ounces but less than 2 pounds, USPS priority mail flat rate of $9.00 (2-3 days)

4.  Overnight USPS express mail under 2 pounds is $28.00

 

INTERNATIONAL

1. International rates less than 13 ounces are a flat rate of $12.00 (5-10 days)

(13 ounces is approximately equivalent to 2 bra and panty sets, or 1 corset)

2. Under 2 pounds USPS global priority $25.00 (4-6 days)

3. Under 2 pounds USPS express mail global $36.00 (3-5 days)

 

Shipping of overnight orders: We cannot guarantee an overnight order will be shipped the same day. If the order is placed before 11AM, there is a good chance it will be.

 

Note: It is easier for our customers to work with a flat rate. Occasionally an order may not be able to fit under the flat rate parameters; in that case, we will notify you.

 

Note: Shipping corsets to Canada or Europe using regular mail takes longer than other products because they ship out of our Washington warehouse. It can take 2-3 weeks by regular mail for these products to ship to Europe or Canada because the mail routing is different. It does not make sense, but that is what the post office tells us.

RETURNS

Our return policy is a standard wholesale return policy. If you would like retail return policies, you would need to purchase at the retail price.

 

By law, intimate garments containing a crotch cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. These returned items are given a biological test before a credit is issued.

 

All returns must be submitted within 15 days, unused, with all tags attached. Item must be in restock able condition.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Tatiana guarantees all items will be free of defects.

If a customer has a defective item, mail it to us explaining the defect.

A replacement will be sent upon the return of defective item.

If the customer no longer wants the item, you can request the item be sent to you instead.

If the item cannot be replaced you will receive a full refund.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to receive and process your return.

 

Note: We have a very low rate of defects.

 

SIZE EXCHANGES:

 

OPTION 1

Place a new and separate order for the size you want on our website.

Note that in the order notes section you are sending a return for credit.

Send the item in restock able condition (With all tags attached) to our mailing address (see above).

Your account will be refunded the full amount of the order returned minus a $2.00 restocking fee.

Mail the item back in restock able condition.

How can I get wholesale prices?

What is wholesale? Is it the same as retail?

Wholesale is the price at which a manufacturer will sell large quantities of an item to someone who is going to resell them. Retail is the price you pay when you walk into a store and buy an item off the rack. Markup is the difference between these two prices. We sell items to you at wholesale prices that you then resell to your customer at retail.

 

I am a wholesaler, why don’t I see the wholesale price on the site?

You are not logged in is most often the case.

 

What if the web-cd info is different from the Tatiana Fashions website info?

If you order the cd-rom and run into a discrepancy between that and the website, use the website information.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

What if my order status is pending or denied?

If your payment comes to us as “denied” we move it to canceled and you receive an email saying it was canceled. We also send another email saying payment was declined. You will need to place your order again. If your order comes to us as pending and does not clear within 24 hours, we cancel it. You will receive an email telling you this. Please note: using PayPal, e-check can cause your order status to be pending for 1 or 2 weeks, so this is not an efficient way for you to pay.  If you use regular PayPal or a PayPal credit card, it does not seem to do this. We want to process your order as soon as we get it and the chance for errors increases the longer it sits in pending.

 

Why is my international corset/garter taking so long?

SHIPPING CORSETS TO CANADA OR EUROPE TAKES LONGER. IT COULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS REGULAR MAIL. Why? Even we do not know. The value is over $25 so sometimes customs hold it up and they do ship from our WA warehouse, which has different airplane routes. That is why we strongly urge you to have USPS Express Mail Global as your only shipping option for corsets and garters for your customers and use it when ordering it from us for any corset or garter order overseas.

Does Tatiana contact my customers? No, please let your customer know that they need to contact you for customer service. Our packing slip clearly states that they are to contact your company for customer service. Items must be returned in restock able condition with tags attached within 15 days.

Can I do a size exchange?
Go to our website and place a new order for the size wanted. Have the customer send the first order back to us and we will issue a refund minus $3.50 FOR HANDLING.

How do you handle defects?
Items are guaranteed against defects. If an item is defective, return it to the address above WITH THE PACKING SLIP or at the very least our order number (that would be Tatiana Fashions Order number not your websites order number). We will then send a replacement.

What do I do if a customer does not want the item and wants to return it?
First: Note there are not many returns on Tatiana products. We have a very low return rate. Your return policy will not be the same as ours. We are a wholesaler, you are a retailer. We suggest you look at other retailers return policy to see what they are doing. The successful ones have liberal return policies.

Tatiana is a manufacturer and we do not have retail return policies. Most wholesalers accept returns only for defects. Most resellers (that would be you) resell their returns because if we accept them we have to charge an $8.00 (or 15%, whichever is higher) restocking fee. If we get a return from your customer, we will automatically accept the return and charge the restocking fee.

What if a customer refuses an item?
If an order is refused by your customer and is returned to us, it will be treated as a return and the $8.00 (or 15%) fee will be automatically charged.

What if my customer moves?
If your customer has moved and the item is returned to us and must be re-mailed there will be a $7.00 re-mailing fee automatically billed to you.
